KeyOptical™ prints and reads bar codes for dispensing your frames and other inventory. It allows your staff simply to scan the bar codes on your frames to take a physical inventory, dramatically increasing the speed of doing this previously tedious and time-consuming task.
Additionally, our spectacle dispensing software interfaces with Eyefinity (coming soon), so that you can file your VSP claims without double entering your prescriptions. You simply enter the glasses order into KeyOptical, and the data flows into Eyefinity’s system to file the claim.
For Medicare claims and other billing, the data flows into your practice management software to allow you to have all of your billing data in one place. This way there is no requirement to send patients two different statements.
