From a single screen you can document the Medical, Social, and Family history. Each template can be customized for a physician/technician. This allows for the documentation to be in the physician's own words. The user can quickly and easily document with a single mouse click or stylus tap. The hypens at the top of column 2 and 3 are set up for "note pop ups." This allows the user to document findings that are not yet templated.
Drawing Tool - The physician can quickly and easily draw his findings for each exam. These images will also show in the summary for the exam. (See Exam Summary)
