The summary of the exam can be viewed at anytime during an exam that is currently being created. All completed/signed exams can be viewed under the "Old Exam" tab. As you can see each exam summary is legible and complete. Each physician can view his summary in the order he prefers as well as in list format or paragraph format (as seen above).
KeyChart® will also keep any drawings that you have made during your exams in your documentation.
