Referral Letters - Templates can quickly and easily be set up to pull in findings from an exam.  By having a referring physician associated with the patient KeyChart® will automatically address the letter to the appropriate physician.  If additional information needs to be added to the letter you can easily type in the text.  Your letter is now ready to be faxed to the referring physician, or if you can continue to print and mail.
