Appointment Screen - The appointment screen is where exams will be started. Each practice can have as many types of exams as they wish. This screen can be set to view where the patient is within the practice (Disposition), check in time, dilation time, check out time, attending provider and room. The user will be able to see who is scheduled for the day by provider and will also be able to view reports and demographics from this screen. The patient appointments can be viewed by time, listed alphabetically, or by provider.
This screen will allow the you to filter to see only your patients or only your location.
As you can see from the screen above, Randy Price is in the waiting room waiting for a technician, James Moskow is with the physician in exam room 2, Robert Price just complete his exam and Barbara Davis has checked out. This ensures that everyone within the practice knows where each patient is within the office. Colors and dispositions are set up by practice.
